| Welcome to the UNI-FIT® Katalysatoren GmbH exchange and warranty page. Here you will find important information on the terms of warranty and how to exchange a defective product. Our products are quality-tested before dispatch. In addition, we, UNI-FIT® Katalysatoren GmbH, grant a Europe-wide two-year warranty on all our products. So do not hesitate to contact us in the event of a quality defect or guarantee claim. In the event of a claim, please download our warranty claim form [at http://unifit-daten.de/files/v2_Garantieformular_UNIFIT.pdf] This completed form should be enclosed with your carriage paid return shipment. If your guarantee claim is accepted, we will of course reimburse you for the shipping costs you have incurred. Please note that we do not accept deliveries which are not carriage paid, so that we can not process guarantee claims unless carriage is pre-paid. After inspecting the returned product, we compile a test report indicating the nature of the defect. In the event of a valid guarantee claim, we will replace the product in question free of charge and without delay. Please also note that under our Standard Terms and Conditions we do not accept liability for any costs relating to repairs or consequential damage. |
